I ended up finding this place on my Instagram feed and after following them for a while I decided to give Dr. Matt a chance. Since the beginning when I would message there team through Instagram, I would get my questions answers in a good time frame. Once I booked my appointment, I was in contact with a gal named Juana and she was so sweet and made the process super easy for me to have all my documents ready & forms filled out prior to the visit. On the day of the visit, Dr. Matt took his time to listen to me about my locations of where my pains are at and the previous injury I had. During my XR, he was very informative and showed me how off my alignment was. Before my adjustment, Dr. Matt did a ShockWave Therapy on my upper shoulders (which in the past year my shoulders had got so painful even when i tried to massage them myself, they felt hard to the touch and just stiff) and then got my adjustment. LET ME TELL YOU... I did not know I can hear so many bones crack on my neck like I did that day I was in shock. That same day driving to work I instantly felt a difference, it no longer hurts to turn my head when I am trying to change lanes. Also, my upper shoulder are so soft now, the tissue/muscles feel totally different now. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. read less
